Surendran is a strategic entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience across agro machinery, real estate, and sustainable farming. Combining strong business acumen with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, he drives Akilam's vision of building an AI powered, talent first technology organization through the company's investment and growth strategy. Leveraging his diverse industry expertise, he creates sustainable value and delivers long term impact.

Krishna Kumar (KK) is a versatile business leader with over 25 years of experience across Hospitality, IT Support, US Healthcare, Banking and Insurance Recruitment, and Startup Ecosystems. Having led operations, quality, and transition programs for global organizations such as Dell, NTT Data, and HSBC, he brings a strong blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial vision. KK drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and business expansion across diverse industries for Akilam.

Sridhar Vellingiri

Sridhar Vellingiri is a proven operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning creative production, studio operations, and business leadership. As Co founder of YesRGB Art Studios and TT Art Labs, he successfully scaled content delivery for global gaming and interactive media projects. At Akilam Innovations, he leads operations and strategic execution, driving collaboration, operational excellence, and successful business outcomes.

Rajanikanth V

Rajani is a seasoned healthcare leader with 25+ years across US payer, provider and pharmaceutical sales. He has led operations and transformation initiatives for payers and providers, combining corporate expertise with client-facing skill to drive operational excellence and growth. He has held leadership roles at Pfizer, Dell Services, Mphasis and Access Healthcare, etc. and has scaled operations for reputed healthcare clients. He holds a science degree and a postgraduate qualification in HRM.

Rajani will play an instrumental role as Sr. Vice President, driving business expansion at Akilam.

Sadashiv Murthy

Sadashiv brings 24+ years of experience across technology, US healthcare & defence business development. He is currently General Manager – Business Development at AMES NANO Technologies, where he leads product commercialization & government procurement for defence exoskeletons and allied medical verticals. He played various leadership roles with Evolent Health, Cognizant, UHG and Hinduja managing Medicaid claims operations, the ICD-10 transition & auto-audit systems. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from PES College of Engineering, Mysore.

Premchand Jayaraman

A telecom industry veteran, Premchand Jayaraman brings over 35 years of leadership experience with ITI Limited (Indian Telephone Industries), the Government of India enterprise that pioneered India's telecom sector. As General Manager, he led large teams and delivered major projects, earning wide respect for his business acumen, technology expertise and people leadership.

A Chemical Engineering graduate of the College of Engineering, Guindy, he now advises Akilam on growth strategy, operational excellence and talent development, and opens doors through his extensive industry network. His mentorship drives Akilam's vision of Building a Brighter Tomorrow.

Ashok Madaravally

Ashok is a well-known technology and growth strategist across startup circles and has built businesses, products and ecosystems across his career. He began in product and technology at Google, then drove startup engagement at NASSCOM's 10,000 Startups, working with founders, investors and corporates across India. He has since built companies and now leads strategy, go-to-market and partnerships at various tech and healthcare-based startups. He specialises in turning untested opportunities into working businesses: choosing where to play, defining the customer, sharpening positioning, and building the partnerships that accelerate growth.

Ashok serves as a consultant & growth advisor and drives business strategy, explores new markets to expand the company's footprint.
